Spedo

For freight forwarders

From client email to carrier quotes.

Spedo reads your client’s inquiry, picks the right carriers from your own freight history and sends each of them a quote request. In one click.

14 days of the Pro plan free. No card, nothing to install.

Sounds familiar?

  • You copy the details from the client’s email into a spreadsheet and into every message.
  • You dig through Excel to find who last ran this lane and at what rate.
  • You send the same request to every carrier, one by one.

Spedo does it for you, so you can focus on the client and the negotiation.

How it works

Three steps from the client’s inquiry to carrier offers.

  1. 1

    Paste the inquiry

An email from the client, a messenger chat or a screenshot. In any language.

  2. 2

    Check the load details

AI extracts places, dates, weight, pallets and vehicle type. You only fix what needs fixing.

  3. 3

    Send to the best carriers

A ranking from your own history: who ran this lane, with what and at what rate. Each carrier gets a separate request in Polish.

Everything a forwarder needs

From the inquiry through the load to the margin report, in one place.

  • Ranking from freight history

Same lane, towns, region, similar vehicle and tonnage. Recent rates right next to it.

  • Your own carrier list

Upload an Excel or CSV file, even with tens of thousands of rows. A template is ready to download.

  • Separate requests

Each carrier gets their own message and doesn’t see the others. Offers come back to your company address.

  • Clients write in any language

Spedo reads inquiries in German, English or French and writes to carriers in Polish.

  • Loads and margin

Who ran it, cost, revenue and margin. Copy a load or ask again in one click.

  • Reports

By month, carrier, lane and client. Export to CSV.

  • Your whole team

Invite forwarders to your company account. Each company sees only its own data.

  • Company verified by tax ID

Name, REGON and VAT status come from the Polish Ministry of Finance VAT register.

  • On desktop and phone

Runs in the browser and installs like an app in one click. Interface in 5 languages.

For carriers

Running trucks? Get freight requests for free.

Add your company to the Spedo carrier network. Forwarders looking for a truck on your lanes will see you on their list and send requests straight to your email.

  • Signing up is free and takes a few minutes.
  • Polish companies only enter their tax ID (NIP); we fetch the rest from the VAT register.
  • You list your fleet and lanes; requests arrive by email, in Polish.
  • Companies from other countries can join too.
  • Change or delete your details at any time with a link from the email.

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find your question? Write to [email protected]

Do I need to install anything?

No. Spedo runs in the browser on desktop and phone. If you like, you can install it as an app with its own icon.

How does Spedo know which carriers to pick?

From your carrier list and freight history: same lane, towns, region, similar vehicle and tonnage. Carriers from the Spedo network who run that lane are added too.

Can a carrier see who else got my request?

No. Each carrier gets a separate message, and replies go to your company address.

My client writes in German or English.

No problem. AI reads the inquiry in any language, even from a screenshot, and prepares the carrier request in Polish.

Who can see my company’s data?

Only people from your company. Your carrier list, requests, loads and reports are not shown to other companies. The inquiry text is analysed via the Claude API (Anthropic).

What happens after the trial?

The company moves to the free Start plan and pays nothing until it chooses a paid plan. Your data stays.

I’m a carrier. What does it cost?

Nothing. A listing in the Spedo carrier network and freight requests are free for carriers.

Try Spedo on your next load

Paste a client’s inquiry and see which carriers Spedo picks. You can run your first quote even without an account.
